The Thompson Conference Center

The Joe C. Thompson Conference Center (TCC) is located on The University of Texas at Austin campus. As Texas’s first educational conference center, TCC has a long history of supporting educational development and personal enrichment programs.

NOTE:

AABH is hosting the training conference at a conference center rather than at a hotel. While we have arranged for a block of rooms at a key hotel, you can book rooms anywhere you would like. We negotiated a fixed rate at only one hotel, so you're on your own if you choose a different hotel, AirBNB or other option. The University of Texas at Austin does not have a housing option to use, so please consider using the partner hotel. The walk from the hotel to the conference center takes you right through the heart of the beautiful UT Austin campus.

Where to Stay

There are a handful of hotels within walking distance of the Thompson Conference Center, but we recommend you stay at our base hotel.

Hotel Partner - Hampton Inn & Suites Austin @ The University/Capitol

AABH has secured a block of rooms at the Hampton Inn & Suites Austin @ The University/Capitol near the Thompson Conference Center. They have a limited number of rooms on hold, but you can book until they run out of rooms.
